About the Clinic

Clinic History

HealthReach began providing mobile dental services in 2003, and has since evolved into a free medical facility with a pharmacy. In 2004, HRCC purchased clinic and office space in Mooresville, NC.

Today our staff of six professionals is supported by a dedicated team of volunteers. Together we provide a medical home for our neighbors with limited resources.

Clinic Volunteers

The clinic is largely staffed by volunteers! Each year professionals from medical, chiropractic, and pharmacy fields, translators, individuals with business and administrative support skills, students, and ordinary citizens donate thousands of hours of their time to our cause. Without the active involvement of these volunteers HealthReach Community Clinic would not exist.

The hours of operation for¬†HealthReach Community Clinic are from 9:00 am – 7:30 pm on Tuesdays and 9:00 am – 4:00pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
